What exactly is the guarantee?

Happy — or you pay nothing. You pay nothing until you approve your finished site, and once we start we keep revising until it is right. If it never feels right, you walk away owing nothing. Once you approve, you are live within 14 days or your first month is free. There is no contract, and your domain, words and photographs are yours to keep either way.

Why is it so much cheaper than an agency?

Because nobody sold it to you. Kyle runs three ultrasound clinics in Dublin and has sat through the pitch you are used to — the discovery call, the deck, the four-figure quote for a site you have not seen. We build the site first and let it do the selling instead, which costs a fraction of what a sales team does. $99 is that saving handed back rather than spent on talking you into it.

Is the preview really free?

Yes. We design and write a real homepage for your practice before you pay anything. No payment details, no commitment. If it's not for you, walk away and keep the ideas.

Is the $299 setup fee really waived?

It covers turning your approved preview into a complete live website: every page designed and written, your content migrated, your Google Business Profile set up, and launch on your own domain. It is $299 as standard, and we waive it in full for as long as you are a client. The one condition: cancel inside your first six months and the build fee becomes due. It is the same for everyone, and it is the only reason we can build the whole site before you have paid anything.

What does free migration include?

We move your pages, images, and testimonials, keep your domain and email untouched, and set up redirects so the Google rankings you've earned carry over. Your old site stays live until the switch.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. PracticeCloud is month to month and you can cancel anytime. Your domain and your content are always yours, and we'll hand over an export if you ever leave.

Will the price go up?

Not for you. Our standard price is $249 a month. $99 is the direct rate — what it costs when no salesperson was involved, because the preview did the selling. It stays $99 for as long as you keep your subscription. Places at the direct rate are limited because Kyle is still a working practice owner and takes on a few at a time, but whatever rate you start on is the rate you keep.

How long until my site is live?

Your free preview arrives within days. Once you approve it, the full site is typically live on your domain within two weeks.

Do you work with my type of practice?

We build for dental, medical, and allied health practices: GPs, physiotherapy, counselling and psychotherapy, diagnostics, and more. If patients search for you online, we can help.

What about multiple locations?

Multi-location groups are priced per location with volume discounts. Get in touch and we'll put a quote together.
