We serve healthcare practices in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States. 2. What personal data we collect

Correspondence. If you contact us by email or telephone, we collect the information you choose to give us — typically your name, contact details, and the contents of your message.

Technical data. This website has no user accounts, no ordering, and currently no forms. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes visitors’ IP addresses and request metadata on our behalf in order to deliver the site, cache content, and protect it from abuse. Third-party content. Some assets on our pages (fonts, scripts, and images) are loaded from third-party servers. When your browser fetches those files, the provider receives your IP address and standard browser information.

3. How we use personal data, and why we are allowed to

• To respond to your enquiries and correspond with you — on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
• To operate, secure, and improve the website — on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a safe, reliable website.

We do not sell personal data, we do not send marketing emails unless you have asked for them, and we do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Who we share personal data with

We share personal data only with service providers who process it on our behalf (such as our hosting and email providers), and where we are required to disclose it by law. Where providers process data outside the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses (with the UK addendum where applicable).

5. How long we keep personal data

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to deal with the matter you contacted us about, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of follow-up.

This website is served exclusively over HTTPS, and is hosted on Cloudflare’s network with its security protections enabled.

8. Children

This website is aimed at healthcare practices and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with an updated date. If we start collecting personal data in new ways (for example, by adding a contact form or newsletter), we will update this policy first.
